The urban rehabilitation project, located in Campolide, Lisbon, was carried out by<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/WWW.P2S.PT\">P2S PROJECT<\/a><\/strong> for the coordination and development of the specialty projects.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-702eacb46bd58e6856ee0d9d2009ba95 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>THE ARTT<\/strong> transforms a 1920s building into an example of residential excellence, with 6 apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom units. Combining contemporary design with carefully preserved historical elements, the project offers a unique living experience for its future residents:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-7d4cc30d9b910feafe11cf13cf380a32\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Architecture of excellence<\/strong>, signed by <strong>architect Nuno Pais Ministro<\/strong>, which preserves history while adding modernity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2b2ae7eef09cd43ac91d6f4e929758f0\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Efficiency and sustainability<\/strong>: Energy Certification &#8211; class A+; AQUA+ Water Certification &#8211; class A; NZEB Building (Nearly Zero Energy Building).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-03aea4c3a7df4d8603612007666919a9\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Sustainable solutions:<\/strong> photovoltaic panels; double-flow controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) with recovery; efficient air conditioning and domestic hot water production systems (heat pump); use of gray water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-0344413adce3f235dc8bdb34bb8d14fb\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Comfort and design<\/strong>, integrating high-performance acoustic and thermal insulation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-eb04fbe7a052b1504fab5bdf9f6b8e80\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Modern infrastructure<\/strong>, including charging for bicycles and electric scooters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-156bc065ad7be9d5911fde063f82fc23\" style=\"color:#343232;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Strategically located<\/strong>in Campolide, THE ARTT is in a central area of Lisbon, just a few minutes from points of interest such as the \u00c1guas Livres Aqueduct, Amoreiras Shopping Center and Parque Eduardo VII. The future Campolide metro station, scheduled for 2025\/2026, further strengthens the attractiveness of this development.
