WATER EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATION (AQUA+)

THE ARTT obtained AQUA+ quality certification which recognizes excellence in hydraulic efficiency, promoting the conscious and sustainable use of water with the implementation of innovative technologies and practices for the efficient management of water resources in the construction or rehabilitation of buildings.

Energy Class (A+)

A+ Energy Rating  is recognition that our apartments are designed and built with the best energy efficiency practices. This means lower energy consumption, lower costs and a lower environmental impact, providing a more sustainable and economical lifestyle for residents.

Climate System

High Energy Efficiency Air conditioning System, for heating and cooling, using a direct expansion heat pump, with fixed local control, or remote control by mobile application. The external units are located at the roof level, in a dedicated technical area and supported by inertia blocks for perfect acoustic insulation. The indoor units are duct-type, installed within the false ceiling, suspended using high-performance anti-vibration spring hangers. The duct network is thermally and acoustically insulated. The condensates produced by the equipment is used for flushing, as a measure of water efficiency.

Other systems...

The Ventilation System is mechanical with heat recovery (UVR), a highly energy-efficient solution that offers significant advantages compared to conventional ventilation systems. The ventilation unit (by SIBER) is located in the false ceiling of the sanitary installations, using anti-vibration suspensions. The duct network is thermally and acoustically isolated, using noise attenuators, allowing extremely silent operation 24 hours a day. The system guarantees excellent air quality inside the house 365 days a year, allowing excellent internal comfort to be increased and energy consumption to be reduced. The control system is carried out through a command that allows you to fully control the ventilation mode depending on the use of the home. It also allows, through an optional module, control via a mobile application.

Sanitary Hot Waters Production System using a high-efficiency heat pump, with a 160-liter tank, installed inside the unit, and an external unit installed at the roof level. It is an extremely silent system paired with a backup method using electrical resistance.

Collective self-consumption system for producing electrical energy through Photovoltaic Panels installed on the roof, for energy production and reduction of energy consumption.
