The Project
The city of Lisbon combines historical charm with a vibrant modern and cosmopolitan life. Campolide is characterized by a picturesque neighborhood with the Águas Livres Aqueduct as its backdrop.
In THE ARTT project, the rehabilitation of the building allowed for the preservation of the architectural features from the construction period (1920s), returning to the city a development of quality, prestige, and a strong emphasis on sustainability, granting formal dignity not only to the building itself but also to its surroundings.
All apartments feature finishes and solutions for thermal and acoustic comfort, air quality, energy efficiency, sustainability, and a high level of seismic performance.
