THE ARTT is a Finalist for the National Real Estate Award 2025

THE ARTT has been nominated a Finalist for the National Real Estate Award 2025 one of the most prestigious distinctions in the real estate sector in Portugal, in the category of Best Housing in:

  • Rehabilitation
  • Excellence in Efficiency and Sustainability
  • Best Development of the Year

This recognition celebrates the commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainability that mark this rehabilitation project with a major impact on the national market. The urban rehabilitation project, located in Campolide, Lisbon, was carried out by P2S PROJECT for the coordination and development of the specialty projects.

THE ARTT transforms a 1920s building into an example of residential excellence, with 6 apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom units. Combining contemporary design with carefully preserved historical elements, the project offers a unique living experience for its future residents:

  • Architecture of excellence, signed by architect Nuno Pais Ministro, which preserves history while adding modernity.
  • Efficiency and sustainability: Energy Certification – class A+; AQUA+ Water Certification – class A; NZEB Building (Nearly Zero Energy Building).
  • Sustainable solutions: photovoltaic panels; double-flow controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) with recovery; efficient air conditioning and domestic hot water production systems (heat pump); use of gray water.
  • Comfort and design, integrating high-performance acoustic and thermal insulation;
  • Modern infrastructure, including charging for bicycles and electric scooters.
  • Strategically locatedin Campolide, THE ARTT is in a central area of Lisbon, just a few minutes from points of interest such as the Águas Livres Aqueduct, Amoreiras Shopping Center and Parque Eduardo VII. The future Campolide metro station, scheduled for 2025/2026, further strengthens the attractiveness of this development. In addition, the building offers balconies and outdoor spaces that promote moments of leisure and conviviality.

A milestone in Lisbon’s Urban Rehabilitation

The completion of THE ARTT represents a milestone in the recent history of urban regeneration in the city. This project reflects Ground Floor – Premium Investments’ vision of creating housing solutions that combine innovation, sustainability and respect for heritage.
